I ran out and bought me a dog-gone gadget that I haven’t the first clue as to how it works. Don’t worry, been there done that. Still doing this...I would probably be doing it again in the near future. Whatever happened to live in learn.
Okay, tell me what you want to do, since I am assuming you have already installed the proper software and have connected your device to the USB Port on your computer. Am I right? Good. Now we are on our way to viewing the photos you have downloaded to your new gadget.
Viewing my Photos
Nano IPOD has incorporated into its device a slide show and viewing menu so that you can view your photos. If you haven’t already connected the USB Port, then do so at the moment. From the preference menu in the iTune Window, you will select synchronize. You will see this in the Photo Pane. If you want to view your photos, than from the main menu, select albums or photos you wish to review.
Displaying Windows
Once you have made your selections, and then click on the center tab so that you can see your photos on a full display window. You can browse through the photos by using the scroll wheel, clicking on the next or previous tabs.
Photo Programs
If you want to store your photos on your computer you will need a Adobe’s program, or another program that enables you to edit, cut, create, or view pictures.
Locking your Photos on IPOD
If you want to protect your photos, you can choose the extras option, screen locks, and set the combination. You can use the scroll wheels to set out your own combination that suits your needs and then press on the center tab. now you will need to turn on the lock and lock it. You can move the lock menu on the Ipod screen by selecting settings, menu, lock, and Center tab.
Following Instructions
Ipods seem to be easy to use. All you need to do is follow instructions and you’re on your way to performing any action you choose. Apple’s the manufacturer of many Ipods today has available sites that offers you complete tutorials, tips, tricks, and advice on operating your Ipod.
Tips
Store your Ipod in a safe place when you’re not using it. Also, be careful not to drop the device sense it is fragile. The new Nano’s are thin and small and may scratch easy.
Word of Advice
If you’re having difficulty, using your device you may need to reset the Ipod, retry the process, reinstall the software, or else refer to your user’s manual. Most times resetting is all it takes to get the device up and running. Now that you have bought your new Ipod remember that new sites are available offering hundreds of articles, or downloads at affordable costs. You want to be careful with a free sites, since many are illegal. If you are caught downloading music that you do not already own, you may be subject to penalties, fines, costs, and so forth. People are literally put in prison for downloading music, videos, movies, games, and so forth. The best solution is keeping it safe by using the programs that are offered with your new device. Or visit the sites that are offering low cost videos, music, movies, games, and so forth. Most times these sites are legal.
